Learning Falun Gong

The most systematic and effective way of learning Falun Dafa
is to attend the free 9-lecture (2 hour session each day) seminar
by Mr. Li Hongzhi in video. Free seminar and classes are
held from time to time. Please check the schedule.
- Read
the books -- Mr. Li treats all
genuine practitioners as his disciples, regardless whether they learn it through attending
his lectures or self-studying his works. "A genuine practitioner will have natural
gain without craving for it. All cultivation energy and all law are in the books, and one
will naturally obtain them by reading the Great Law thoroughly..." . The ultimate
effects and benefits one may receive are the same whether one attends Master Li’s
lectures, reads his books, listens to the audio tapes or watches the video tapes. You can
start with reading :
(1)Falun Gong, a basic text
summarizing the cultivation and practice techniques.
(2)Zhuan Falun (The Revolving Wheel of
Dharma), the most systematic and essential works of preaching Falun Dafa.

the Falun Gong exercises -- You can learn the
Falun Gong exercises at the Falun Gong practice
sites, You are welcome to contact the practitioners
closest to you to check the schedule.
