Falun Dafa
An advanced system of cultivation and
practice to improve the heart, the mind, and the body. The system not only has far-reaching effects in stress-relief and overall mental and
physical health, but ultimately has the higher goal of bring people towards wisdom and
enlightenment.
Master Li Hongzhi first introduced the system to the public in 1992 in China. In just a
few short years, more than 100 million people worldwide have already experienced the
benefits of Falun Dafa.
The Teachings
The core of Falun Dafa lies in the book
Zhuan Falun,
or Revolving the Law Wheel, written by
Master Li.
- ZHUAN FALUN (Revolving the Law Wheel)
the most systematic and essential work of Falun Dafa. A complete guide to cultivation to
higher levels. It has been translated into more than ten major languages.
- CHINA FALUN GONG
A brief introduction for beginners,includes illustrations of the exercises.

Amazon.com and BarnesandNoble.com. They
can also be downloaded for free from the internet.
The Cultivation
Falun Dafa gives top priority to the
cultivation of one's "Heart or Mind Nature", or what we call
"Xinxing".
The cultivation of Xinxing has many aspects, including giving up negative behaviors,
dealing with losses and gains, and letting go of unhealthy attachments. Ultimately, the
points is to conform to the supreme nature of the universe, TRUTHFULNESS, BENEVOLENCE,
FORBEARANCE (ZHEN,SHAN,REN).
The Practice
The five exercise are especially designed
to complement the cultivation. Three of the exercises include physical movements, while
the other two are tranquil exercises, including a sitting meditation.
